Henry Yoder (Pastor)
(Board President)
Henry was born in 1952 and grew up on an Amish farm in south central Pennsylvania. He was injured in a farm accident a few days prior to his fourth birthday. The accident left him a paraplegic.
His ministry experience includes church planting, leadership development, teaching and preaching, and pastoral work.
He served as Senior Pastor of The Church @ Rock and transitioned to a younger pastor in January 2019.
He has lived in Pittsburgh, PA, since 1976. Most of his life he has been an entrepreneur while doing bi-vocational ministry. His entrepreneurial endeavors have included professional electronics sales and service, recording studio owner, recording engineer and producer, audio / video production, and information technology consulting. He has also had stints as college professor, and associate pastor.
Today he lives in Oakdale, a suburb of Pittsburgh, PA, with his wife, Connie.

​As a transformational attorney and professor, I am recognized for driving impactful national public policy and education policy, offering proactive leadership and strategic counsel to elected officials, boards, councils, and executive teams.
I currently serve as a long-term Professor/ Lecturer at Howard University, School of Education. I’m in my happiest place when I see my students advocating and improving the lives of marginalized students, families and communities.

Colonel Gabe Arrington
Gabe Arrington is a senior military officer in the United States Air Force and currently serves as the Senior Director of Operations in Air Mobility Command. In this capacity he oversees the command and control of more than 1,200 air mobility and 300 ground support missions annually directly supporting the highest priorities of national defense. He ensures the successful execution of over 700 personnel planning continuous worldwide logistics movements.

Gabe graduated from the United States Air Force Academy with Military Distinction in 2003. As a commander and strategist, he was recognized by the Secretary of the Air Force for creating and leading the Air Force’s ‘Pilot Training Next’ program, utilizing artificial Intelligence to optimize individual pilot performance and positioning the Air Force for $320M in fiscal year savings annually. He was a key strategist in writing the Joint Warfighting Concept for the Department of Defense, incorporating emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence into Department of Defense Future Force Design. He has been recognized by the Secretary of the Air Force for leading the #1 team in the Air Force in identifying emerging technologies that led to $3B in funding and a Program Decision Memorandum for an additional $6B and the establishment of a Program of Record. Additionally, Colonel Arrington has been awarded a secondary Air Force Specialty Code in Space Operations after completing the USAF Space Officer Course with the intent of developing multi-domain leaders for the Joint Force.

Gabe serves on the Board of Directors of PPE Kids, AI 2030, and BiTechnologies. He is well known in Policy, Think Tank, and charitable communities for his work across many global issues. He is a Massachusetts Institute of Technology Seminar XXI Fellowship as well as a National Defense Fellow at the Center for a New American Security graduate. He has provided expert commentary on emerging technologies and artificial intelligence and has been published in Defense One, The Hill, Breaking Defense, Real Clear Defense, and Air University.

Michael Wach
Michael Wach lives in a suburb of Pittsburgh, PA and works as an activities director at a nursing home. He has been married to his beautiful wife Jamie for 3 years, and is a father of two girls, 10 year old Hannah and baby Claire, born this past Christmas.
Michael graduated with an English Writing degree from Slippery Rock University in Pennsylvania, and enjoys writing short stories, poetry, and music. He plays guitar and sings, and serves on his church's worship team.
As a father of two young daughters, Michael is passionate about keeping kids safe, and that is why he accepted the board position for PPE Kids and believes in their mission.

Rebecca Tarrant brings her experience as a mother, nonprofit founder and global philanthropist to PPE Kids. From decades in the legal field to the front lines of the Neurodiversity Movement, Rebecca is an advocate to underrepresented and vulnerable groups.

Terrell L. McTyer
Terrell L. McTyer is a dynamic marketing executive, visionary pastor, and father of four based in Kansas City, Missouri. With deep roots in both corporate and nonprofit leadership, he brings two decades of experience spanning marketing innovation, ministry development, and entrepreneurial strategy. Terrell is best known for launching transformational initiatives that blend technology, storytelling, and community impact.

He previously served as Minister of New Church Strategies for the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) across the U.S. and Canada and founded Manifestation Christian Center—an innovative, tech-savvy congregation driven by mission and social justice. He lives by the mantra, “It’s a sin to be good when God has called you to be GREAT!” and continues to coach, speak, and inspire leaders across industries to pursue purpose with boldness and excellence.

Yasmin Mendoza-Sewell
Yasmin Mendoza-Sewell brings over two decades of leadership experience in nonprofit social services, operations, and advocacy. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Mathematics from the University of Miami, a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from St. Thomas University, and a second Master's degree in Executive Business Administration from Florida International University.

In 2001, Yasmin earned her licensure in Mental Health Counseling in the state of Florida, launching a career dedicated to advocating for and serving children and teens affected by abuse, neglect, and abandonment. Over the years, she has held middle and senior management roles in various nonprofit organizations, developing a reputation for driving operational excellence and championing impactful programs.

Yasmin brings a wealth of expertise in areas such as operations management, grant writing and oversight, financial analysis and forecasting, human resources leadership, program development and implementation, and organizational transformation. A strategic thinker and compassionate leader, she is known for her ability to design and refine systems that improve outcomes and elevate underserved communities.

Passionate about equity and opportunity, Yasmin is a steadfast change agent focused on shifting systemic barriers and expanding economic mobility for underrepresented and marginalized populations. Her advocacy extends to workforce development, policy refinement, and youth empowerment.

In addition to her executive role at HACE, Yasmin serves on the Advisory Board for the Department of Psychology at Keiser University in Palm Beach County. There, she provides critical input to shape curriculum that equips students with the practical skills and knowledge needed for career success.
