Pastors & Church Leaders—Have You Earned Their Trust?

Church leaders love to talk about loyalty. They want commitment, devotion, and sacrifice from their members.

But here’s the question no pastor wants to answer:

What has your church done to EARN that loyalty?

You ask families to tithe. To serve. To invest in your vision. To bring their children into your care.

Yet, when it comes to protecting those children, where’s YOUR commitment?

If You Won’t Prioritize Their Safety, Why Should They Prioritize Your Church?

  • Do you require background checks for EVERY volunteer and staff member?

  • Do you train your people to recognize grooming behavior and intervene?

  • Do you have a clear, enforced child protection policy?

  • Do you conduct annual external safety audits?

  • Do you hold yourself accountable, or just hope nothing happens?

If your answer to any of these is “we haven’t gotten around to it”, “we trust our people”, or “we’ve never had a problem”—you are failing your congregation.

And when families wake up to the fact that their church is more concerned with tithes than transparency, they WILL leave.

PPE Kids Makes This Easy—No Excuses

Child protection isn’t complicated.

All it takes is:✅ A 15-minute call✅ Sending 3 emails (which are already prepared for you)✅ Following basic safety procedures that cost NOTHING upfront

PPE Kids is donation-based. There is NO financial barrier for any church to step up.

So What’s Stopping You?

If you refuse to make this a priority, then let’s be honest:

You don’t deserve their loyalty. You don’t deserve their tithes. And you don’t deserve their trust.

Because trust is earned—and if you aren’t willing to protect their children, you have no business asking for their time, talent, or treasure.

Step up. Or step aside.
