Bright Light, Dim Light

Tap how your light feels. Lumi will help.

Ahoy, Captain! How does your light feel right now?
For grown-ups
  • Check in during calm, happy moments too, so “dim light” never feels like a test or a punishment.
  • If your child chooses dim light, stay calm and listen more than you speak. Don’t push for details.
  • If your child tells or shows you something, say: “Thank you for telling me. You did the right thing. My job is to help you be safe.” Then see what to do next.
